“Innovation breakthrough” is Ukraine's first large-scale project aimed at developing technological business in Ukraine. The ultimate goal of the project is to attract financing for a number of ideas and projects, selected through a contest, of Ukrainian developers, scientists and entrepreneurs. The project was launched in 2009 and is organized by the company Global Management Challenge Ukraine. 1200 innovative projects participated in the contest during the period from 2009 to 2012.
