We are happy to announce that Happy Farm II cycle resident Coursmos has secured the first investment of $100K. They are only in the beginning of the seed round. Coursmos plans to raise another $400K in the near future.
They are holding a rolling seed funding round. In this case, startups have the ability to institute a rolling close structure which allows the startup to hold an "initial closing" with one or more investors and then hold “additional closings” with subsequent investors. Thus, they will develop their platform faster, because they can immediately embark on raising funding.
This is another important step towards creating the world's first micro-learning platform.
