The fourth cycle of acceleration program at Happy Farm has started

Happy Farm Business Accelerator has selected residents for the 4th cycle of its acceleration program. Here are the 5 selected IT projects from Ukraine and one from Spain:

CityTransport (Ukraine) is a new service that helps you plan your journey by trains, underground and trams of Kyiv using their real-time schedule. http://citytransport.com.ua/

A two-month program in Ukraine will now be in Hub&Spoke format. Mentor and coaching sessions will now consist of 3 one-week long stages:

1) Check-in – sessions on mission and vision of the company, lean approach, market/competitor research;

2) Growth – sessions on interim monitoring of company progress, customer acquisition, go to market strategy, PR;

3) Get ready – sessions on getting ready for the American networking visit, fundraising and working with investors/angels, pitching, Demo day with international and CIS investors.

During these 2 stages the team consisting of 2 founders will live and work at Happy Farm.

The rest will stay the same: following the 2 months in Ukraine, the accelerator’s international Board of Directors will select startups for a month long trip to the US. The teams will then come back and keep working distantly with the incubator for 2 more months.

Happy Farm invests up to $70K in services and cash. Happy Farm may provide cash to the teams only after they complete a two-month long program in Ukraine according to the decision of the Board.

Teams had an opportunity to apply for the program from November, 1st until January, 19th. The total number of applications received was around 250.
