2) A new format of the acceleration programme for the new year!
A two-month program in Ukraine will now be in Hub&Spoke format. Mentor and coaching sessions will now consist of 3 stages, each is one-week long:
1) Check-in – sessions on mission and vision of the company, lean approach, market/competitor research;
2) Growth – sessions on interim monitoring of company progress, customer acquisition, go to market strategy, PR;
3) Get ready – sessions on getting ready for the American networking visit, fundraising and working with investors/angels, pitching, Demo day with international and CIS investors.
During these 2 stages the team consisting of 2 founders will live and work at Happy Farm.
The rest will stay the same: following the 2 months in Ukraine, the accelerator’s international Board of Directors will select startups for a month long trip to the US. The teams will then come back and keep working distantly with the incubator for 2 more months.
Happy Farm invests up to $70K in services and cash. Happy Farm may provide cash to the teams only after they complete a two-month long program in Ukraine according to the decision of the Board.
